By purchasing or using Displacement Labs products, you agree to these terms.

The products are software tools only.

Users are responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.

Markets involve risk. Users may lose money when trading or investing.
Platform Access
Displacement Labs products are accessed through compatible invite-only charting scripts.
To grant access, we require your public charting-platform username. For TradingView users, this refers to a public TradingView username only.
We do not require or request charting-platform passwords.
Displacement Labs is an independent software publisher and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with TradingView.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
providing the correct public charting-platform username
maintaining their own compatible charting-platform account
maintaining any required third-party platform subscription level, data access, and premium features
understanding the risks of digital asset market analysis and financial decision-making
complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
using the tools for lawful personal or business purposes
Users may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse-engineer, share access to, or attempt to bypass access controls for Displacement Labs products.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
Access is granted after successful payment and receipt of the customer’s TradingView username.
Subscription access may be removed if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, a chargeback is opened, or these terms are violated.
Intellectual Property
All Displacement Labs scripts, dashboards, designs, product names, documentation, website copy, and related materials are owned by Displacement Labs unless otherwise stated.
Purchase of a subscription grants limited access to use the product. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use Displacement Labs products or website to:
violate laws or regulations
infringe intellectual property rights
attempt unauthorized access
scrape, clone, or redistribute scripts
misrepresent Displacement Labs products
use the products for deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Displacement Labs is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, platform outages, data errors, market events, user misuse, or third-party platform issues.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Canadian law.
